1. Introduction & Applicability

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

jate7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to verify identity
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. jate7 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and members will be notified in a timely manner if changes occur.

9. Responsible Gaming
